To ensure that the goods will be delivered within the agreed parameters for quantity and quality, our experienced experts perform the following objective and independent inspections:
- CARGO HOLD CLEANLINESS INSPECTION - BEFORE LOADING: to be dry, clean, without residues from previous loads, without residues from previous packaging and lashing parts, without holes and leaks, without the presence of live and / or dead insects, which may contamination / or damage to the goods;
- SUPERVISING during consignments loading / unloading;
- ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSIS;
- SAMPLING - according to the current ISO standards, in accordance with the parameters of the consignment and preliminary organoleptic evaluation for the allocation of impurities. It is taken into account that the composition of consignments of cereals is rarely homogeneous and often the impurities are not evenly allocated;
- EXPRESS ANALYSIS of basic indicators (moisture, impurities / purity, size, contamination from insects) during loading or unloading. The purpose is to assess the quality of the consignment and compliance with standard and contractual specifications;
- LABORATORY ANALYSIS with issuance of an expert conclusion on the quality of the consignment. Through our network of subcontractors - accredited Bulgarian and foreign laboratories, we provide a full range of tested indicators, including: mycotoxins, heavy metals, microbiological indicators, dioxins, radioactivity, etc.
